A Point Of Need Community Outreach Ministry

About Us

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe in one God, the Creator and Lord of the Universe, the co-eternal Trinity; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ, God's Son, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died a subsitutionary atoning death on the cross, rose bodily from the dead and ascended to heaven. He is the only mediator between God and man.

Spiritual rebirth, growth, and renewal (in truth, wisdom, faith, holiness, love, power, and mission) must be Holy Spirit driven.

We believe the Bible is the authoritative and inspired Word of God. Christians are to submit to its divine authority, individually and corporately, in matters of belief and conduct.

We believe that sin separates us from a holy God. The enemy of our soul is more than happy to deceive people about being good enough or becoming good enough. Justification comes not through our own effort or good works but by grace through faith in Christ alone.

We believe in one universal Church. Its calling is to worship God and witness concerning its Head, Jesus Christ, preaching the Gospel among all nations and demonstrating its commitment by compassionate service, promoting discipleship and justice, and being good stewards of all that God has given us.

We believe that Jesus Christ will personally and visibly return in glory to raise the dead and bring salvation and judgment to completion. God will manifest His kingdom when He establishes a new heaven and new earth. True believers will be saved from evil, suffering, and death and will glorify God forever.
